These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of krititto.com and the Krititto mobile application (together, the "Platform"), operated by Krititto ("Krititto", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering for or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

• The Platform is designed primarily for SSC-level students in Bangladesh. Users under 18 should use the Platform with the involvement of a parent or guardian where required.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or are used for fraudulent activity.

2. The Services

Krititto provides online educational content and tools, including but not limited to:

• Mock exams, fast-practice modes, and question banks.
• Courses and study materials created or curated by Krititto and partner teachers.
• Gamification features such as leagues, badges, leaderboards, gifts, and referral rewards.
• Teacher affiliate and referral programs, subject to separate program terms where applicable.

We may add, modify, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time, with or without notice.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

• Certain courses, question banks, or features require payment via supported mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or other methods we may offer.
• Payments are verified through our payment confirmation process, which may include automated SMS-based verification. It is your responsibility to submit accurate transaction details.
• Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise and may change at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.
• Access to paid content is granted only after successful payment verification.
• Our Refund Policy (a separate document) governs cancellations and refunds and forms part of these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account, course access, or paid content with individuals who have not purchased access.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content, question banks, or materials without our written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Platform without authorization.
• Attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit mock exams, leaderboards, gamification systems, or referral programs.
• Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including courses, question banks, text, graphics, logos, the Krititto name and branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to Krititto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing access to a course or feature grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use that content for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.

6. Teacher and Affiliate Content

Where courses or materials are contributed by partner or affiliate teachers, those contributors retain rights as agreed under their separate partnership terms with Krititto, but such content remains subject to these Terms while offered on the Platform. Krititto is not responsible for the independent accuracy of third-party-contributed content, though we take reasonable steps to review quality.

7. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that content is error-free, uninterrupted, or that use of the Platform will result in any particular exam or academic outcome.
• Mock exams and practice materials are study aids and do not guarantee performance on official SSC or board examinations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krititto and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including academic outcomes, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Krititto in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Platform. You may stop using the Platform and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
